Concrete Polisher - Per Diem Offered

Concrete Polishers Wanted

Trillium Construction is now hiring concrete polishers in the Richmond, VA area!

Work will take place in an industrial setting. Work is Monday-Friday and some Saturdays, 7am-5:30pm. Pay: $35/hour with hotel and $40/day worked food per diem.

Duties:

• Assist in the completion of projects by working with various coating applications. Such as power troweling and/or hand troweling mortars, shot blasting concrete, joint cutting/filling, and operating propane diamond grinding equipment for wet concrete polishing systems.
• Demonstrate incredible attention to detail and be willing to correct mistakes right away.
• Help the team keep the work area, warehouse, storage, equipment, and vehicles clean, organized and maintained.
• Comfortable using various tools, such as handheld floor grinders, walk behind grinders and vacuums.

Requirements:

• Experience in installing epoxy flooring and/or concrete polishing
• 2 years of polishing concrete experience
• Comfortable using various tools, such as handheld floor grinders, walk behind grinders and vacuums.
• Clear background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Flexible; must be able to travel and work days, nights, and weekends.
