Trillium construction is now hiring Industrial Painters and Blasters in the Richmond, VA area!
Work will take place on various job locations across the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial coatings and surface preparation. Work is Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. Pay is $30/hour. Long term, fulltime opportunity.
Duties- Abrasive blasting and surface preparation
- Application of industrial coating (epoxy, urethane…)
- Operate blasting/painting equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Prior experience in industrial painting, sandblasting or coating application.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Willingness to travel for projects.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, working at heights).
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
