Electrical Installer Job Description
As an Electrical Installer, you will support the installation of lighting equipment and LED upgrades. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and standards. You will also read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other team members to complete installations on time is a key aspect of this role.
Additionally, you will test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices, diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment and hand tools.

Work EnvironmentYou will work with a small crew of about 3-4 people on projects located at VT, involving 12 buildings. Reliable transportation is required. The schedule is Monday to Thursday, with 10-hour days and Fridays off. Monday starts at 8:30 am, while Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday start at 6:30 am. Projects will run through the middle of January, with potential for more work shortly after.

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
