  • Maintaining compliance with safety protocols for hazardous material storage, usage, and disposal, while ensuring a clean and safe workplace environment.
  • Evaluating vendors and suppliers regularly, verifying delivery accuracy for count, pricing, and description, and conducting periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, with two years of experience in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in one craft area (Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations) with multi‑skilled capabilities in others.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose system operations, determine causes of problems or malfunctions, and take appropriate corrective action.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating quality and competitive pricing.
