General Laborer

Associates will be responsible for drilling into concrete, extending safety fencing, and bolting together a frame that needs precise placement. This work is crucial for ensuring safety on the Robotics floor by installing preventative equipment to restrict access to active areas. Mechanical savvy and inclination are essential for success in this role. The environment will be loud and fast-paced, and teamwork is vital to complete tasks within designated time frames.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Drill into concrete and extend safety fencing.
• Bolt together frames with precision placement.
• Work collaboratively as a team to complete swaps in a specific timeframe.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor, hand tool, and power tool usage.
• Experience in construction, production, or carpentry.
• Commercial construction and assembly experience.
• Punctuality, reliability, and safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically capable of repetitive tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Experience with various types of hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
