The Michaels Organization is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to oversee daily maintenance across one or more sites in Richmond, VA. You will ensure safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction while directing maintenance activities and keeping detailed records.
Your responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising technicians, managing work orders, and performing repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and related trades.
