Thalhimer in Richmond, VA is seeking a proactive Service Technician to maintain apartments, complete work orders and turnovers, and support on-call maintenance across properties. This full-time role offers regular hours with on-call as needed.
You will perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and appliances, maintain common areas and pool areas, and deliver exceptional service to residents and staff. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties are required.
