Structural Steel Welder​/Fitter

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welders and Fitters to join our clients’ teams in the Richmond and Ashland areas.

Openings are available on all shifts, with competitive pay ranging from $25–$32 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication and fitting projects
• Work with steel I‐beams and other structural materials
• Perform welding and fitting of carbon steel
• Utilize Flux Core or Dual Shield welding processes
• Contribute to structural welding projects or apply welding education skills

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of welding experience (required)
• Welding Certification (required); D1.1 Certification preferred
• Strong background in fabrication, fitting, and structural welding
• Ability to commute to Richmond, VA (required)
• Availability for Day and Night Shifts from Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
• Availability to work 8‐hour or 10‐hour shifts
