Job Description/Summary
Operate a Gradall excavator and related heavy construction equipment to excavate, grade, lift, and place materials for roadwork, bridge construction, utility installation, and site development. Responsibilities include precision digging around utilities, slope work, material handling using the Gradall’s telescoping boom, and routine equipment maintenance such as lubricating, inspecting, and cleaning.
Job Requirements /Qualifications- Ability to read and interpret grade stakes, plans, and blueprints
- 3–5 years of heavy equipment experience preferred, with Gradall experience a must
- Must pass drug testing/screening and reference checks
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must have a CDL and a clean driving record
- Must work out of town
- Must be self‑motivated
- Must be able to work alone
