Responsibilities- Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to Residents
- Repair and/or install appliances and HVAC units to maintain quality dwellings
- Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
- Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned
- At least 3 years of HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
- EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal)
- HVAC installation experience
- HVAC troubleshooting experience
- Apartment maintenance experience is a plus
- Criminal background check required
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Initiative and strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Additional requirements: A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.
