Capital City Comfort Solutions is a veteran-led company looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing residential service team.

We're looking for an experienced technician with demonstrated hands-on HVAC experience who knows how to diagnose problems, communicate clearly with homeowners, and take pride in doing the job right. This is a lead-level opportunity for someone who is confident in the field and can represent the company well in customers' homes.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform service calls with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Clearly explain system issues, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and comfort
• Complete service work safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with the team
• Represent Capital City professionally in customers' homes and throughout the local service area
• Lead by example and help support the service team

• 3-5 years of professional HVAC service experience
• Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to confidently work independently in the field
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• EPA certification required
• Additional HVAC licenses or certifications are a plus
• Able to safely climb ladders and work at heights
• Able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 70 lbs.
