Capital City Comfort Solutions is a veteran-led company looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing residential team.
We're looking for a proven installation professional with residential retrofit lead experience who can take ownership of an installation from start to finish. The right candidate is confident working in the field, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can help guide less-experienced installers while maintaining a professional experience for the homeowner.

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll be responsible for completing residential retrofit installations while maintaining high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service.
- Lead residential HVAC retrofit installations from start to finish
- Install a variety of residential heating and cooling equipment
- Build and install sheet-metal transitions and other necessary fittings in the field
- Perform equipment setup, system connections, startup, and testing
- Work with low-voltage HVAC controls and wiring
- Identify installation issues and develop practical solutions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Train, guide, and support other installation team members
- Help ensure installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to company standards
- Represent Capital City professionally in customers' homes
- 2+ years of professional HVAC installation experience
- Experience as a lead installer on residential job sites
- EPA Type II or higher certification
- Proficiency building sheet-metal transitions in the field
- Interest in training and leading install crews
- Ability to troubleshoot installation-related issues and provide practical solutions
- Willingness to continue developing skills through training and certifications
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Owns the necessary tools of the trade
- Ability to safely climb and work from ladders
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials up to 70 lbs.
