Residential HVAC Installer North Chesterfield, VA | Local Service Area $25.00 - $30.00 hourly + Incentives

Capital City Comfort Solutions is looking for a Residential HVAC Installer with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on residential installation role for someone who has experience working in customers' homes and understands the fundamentals of quality HVAC installation. You don't need to be a lead, but you should be comfortable working independently on assigned tasks, following installation standards, and continuing to build your skills.

• Install and replace residential HVAC systems in retrofit and replacement applications
• Handle equipment installation, system connections, startup, and basic troubleshooting
• Work with sheet metal, ductwork, low-voltage controls, and other installation components
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in customers' homes
• Work effectively with the installation team and communicate any issues that arise
• Continue developing your skills through hands-on experience and company training

• 1-2+ years of professional HVAC installation experience
• Residential HVAC installation or replacement experience
• EPA Type II or higher certification
• Basic understanding of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and system components
• Ability to work effectively as part of an installation team
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Owns the necessary tools of the trade
• Ability to safely climb and work from ladders
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials up to 70 lbs.
