Actuator Technician

Actuator Service Technician We are seeking an Actuator Service Technician to join a growing industrial services team supporting customers across a variety of manufacturing and industrial environments. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and traveling to customer sites to perform installations, repairs, and testing.

Key Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations to inspect, troubleshoot, test, and service actuator systems.

- Install replacement parts and components using wiring diagrams and technical documentation.

- Perform equipment startup, testing, and verification to ensure proper operation.

- Complete service reports, labor documentation, and job records accurately.

- Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, gauges, and lifting equipment as required.

- Follow all safety procedures and job-site requirements.

- Work independently and as part of a field service team to complete projects on schedule.

- Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude while working on-site. Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

- Willingness and ability to travel for work assignments.

- Ability to occasionally be away from home for one to two weeks depending on project requirements.

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal technical instructions in English.

- Comfortable working in industrial and manufacturing environments.

- Ability to safely perform physical work, including occasional heavy lifting.

- Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or field service experience.

- Understanding of basic mechanical and electrical principles.

- Experience using hand tools, gauges, measuring equipment, overhead cranes, or hoists.

- Experience reading wiring diagrams, technical drawings, or equipment prints.

- Industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or equipment repair background.
