Renken Remodeling is seeking skilled, dependable Bathroom Installers to join our growing team. We are hiring both individual installers and established installation crews with experience delivering high-quality residential bathroom remodeling projects.

This role focuses on efficient, detail-oriented installation of acrylic bath and shower systems, crushed-marble surfaces, flooring, vanity replacements, and finish painting. • Install acrylic tub and shower systems, including surrounds, wall panels, bases, doors, and related trim.
• Measure, cut, fit, and install crushed-marble wall systems and bathroom components.
• Remove and replace flooring, including preparation, layout, cutting, and finishing details.
• Complete vanity swaps, including removal, installation, leveling, secure mounting, and basic finishing work.
• Perform interior painting and touch-up work to create a clean, finished appearance.
• Complete demolition, jobsite protection, debris removal, and daily cleanup as needed.
• Read work orders, layouts, and installation specifications; verify measurements and materials before beginning work.
• Identify installation challenges early and communicate clearly with the production team.
• Maintain a professional, respectful presence in customers’ homes.
• Follow safety procedures and protect customer property throughout each project.
• Complete projects on schedule while meeting Renken Remodeling quality standards.

• Previous experience in bathroom remodeling, residential construction, finish carpentry, or installation work.
• Hands‑on experience with one or more of the following: acrylic bath systems, shower surrounds, crushed‑marble products, flooring, vanity installation, drywall repair, caulking, and painting.
• Strong measuring, layout, cutting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a job from preparation through final cleanup.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely lift and carry materials and equipment and work in residential construction environments.
• Basic set of installation tools required; crews should have the tools and equipment needed to complete assigned work.
• Ability to pass a background check, if required.
