Position Overview:
The HVAC Technician I supports preventive maintenance, service, repairs, and installation of commercial HVAC equipment at multiple client locations throughout the Richmond market. This is an opportunity for an early-career technician to build field experience while working alongside experienced technicians and developing the skills needed to troubleshoot and service commercial systems independently. /p>
Job Summary Details:
The HVAC Technician I performs assigned maintenance and service work on commercial HVAC and related mechanical systems in accordance with client expectations, service standards, safety requirements, and supervisor direction. The technician will travel directly to assigned client locations in a company vehicle, complete work orders and service documentation, and participate in an on-call rotation as assigned.
Pay: 30.00 - 36.00/hr the pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’sexperience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.
