Service Technician - HVAC

The HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and longevity. This role involves identifying potential issues, completing preventative maintenance, and making necessary repairs or replacements.

• Perform routine inspections of HVACsystems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to improve system efficiency and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace faultyHVAC components as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections,maintenance, and repairs.
• Follow all company safety policies and applicable safety regulations.
• Provide professional and dependable service to customers.
• Communicate equipment issues, repair needs, and recommendations to management and customers as appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safework area.

• HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as partof a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license andclean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
