Traffic Control Flagger

The Protector works with a team at job sites, focusing on traffic safety and control.

No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training and support are provided.

• Setting up and removing cones, signs, and barricades.
• Guiding traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitoring site activity.
• Following all safety protocols learned during training.
• Communicating effectively with crew and supervisors.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and equipment.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 40-50 pounds, and work outside for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in traffic and changing weather conditions.
• Flexibility, punctuality, and alertness around moving traffic.
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug testing.
• Respectful attitude towards coworkers, clients, and the public.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $17.75 per hour, with overtime, pay increases, paid training, and safety certification.
