Commonwealth Catholic Charities in Richmond, VA seeks a Youth Intake Specialist to provide front-end engagement, intake assessments, and short-term stabilization for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
You will conduct comprehensive intakes, create referrals, coordinate with Outreach, and support clients with basic needs and access to Medicaid, SNAP, shelter, and other services. Strong communication and documentation in HMIS are essential.
