Intercept Health is hiring a full-time Treatment Foster Care Family Consultant in Virginia to provide comprehensive casework services to children and families. The TFC will report to the Program Supervisor and lead home studies, development of individualized treatment plans, and care coordination to ensure seamless services.
Minimum education includes a baccalaureate degree with relevant experience, or an advanced degree in social work with placement in casework services.
