In this rewarding role, you will oversee vital waiver services (Respite, CLS, Personal Assistance/Care, and Community Access) to ensure the health, safety, and ultimate quality of lifefor the people we support.

• Program & Field Management: Conduct servicemonitoring, manage scheduling and supervision, ensure compliance, and help organize meaningful community activities.
• Compliance & Care: Maintain accurateparticipant health records, attend Service Plan of Care meetings to establish quality goals, and ensure Medicaid waiver service compliance.
• Team Leadership: Conduct interviews,participate in the hiring process, provide ongoing supervision to directsupport staff, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and ontime.
• Matching & Support: Create positive,meaningful matches between participants and direct support staff. Providetemporary direct support if needed while actively hiring a permanentmatch.
• Culture: Bring enthusiasm to the role, fosterindependence, and have fun with the people we support!

• Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience working with Michelle P. and SCL (Supports for Community Living) Waivers.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 yearsor older.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and random drug screens.
