Software Developer – MMS B2B Commerce Specialist

Must have:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development focused on Spring Boot and React
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong practical experience with Java, Spring Boot, HTML/CSS/JS, RDBMS, REST, Graph
  
  QL, and Git
• Solid foundational knowledge of HTTP, cookies, sessions, AJAX, and browser behavior
• Basic familiarity with Elastic, Redis, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and Python
• Understanding of MCP Protocol and RAG-based AI agents
• Exposure to LLM Agent connectivity through APIs
• Knowledge of Kafka, change data capture, and data replication processes is a plus
• Comprehension of microservices architectures
• Basic awareness of CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards

• Lead the development and upkeep of scalable microservices utilizing Spring Boot and React
• Contribute to the architectural design of new features and enhancements to align with business objectives and technical standards
• Utilize generative AI and emerging technologies throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance and accelerate development outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate our platform with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other vital applications
• Work with product management to clarify and refine feature requirements and specifications
• Advocate for best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
• Support the implementation of AI-based testing frameworks and code review automation
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure the platform is highly available and scalable
• Enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with industry standards
• Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in team knowledge sharing
