Responsibilities

Modernizing our flagship cloud hosted (OCI) application BADGE from the current desktop version to a web-based version.
Understand the code in the current desktop application to migrate to the new Web based application.
Work closely with lead developers to take ownership of a given module and provide guidance to other contractors.

Requirements

Expert knowledge of systems development and design using Visual Studio .Net
Expert knowledge in developing ASP.Net, Web Services and Web applications in .Net
Expert knowledge of .Net technologies (Visual Basic, C#, .Net Framework)
Experience working in MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery Unobtrusive Validation, HTML, and CSS
Experience working with Win Forms / WPF Forms
Experience working with TFS / GIT Source Control
Experience working with RDBMS and writing complex SQL queries
Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL preferred
Experience in Angular/React desired
