You Are:We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect to design, build, and guide enterprise grade applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. This role requires strong architectural thinking, hands on development expertise, and the ability to work directly with product and business stakeholders without supervision.
The opportunity:- Define and own application architecture across UI, API, services, messaging, and data layers.
- Establish design standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the development team.
- Make technology and framework decisions aligned with scalability, performance, and maintainability goals.
- Design and develop enterprise applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Build scalable backend services using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
- 5-15 years (with demonstrated architecture and technical leadership responsibility)

- Strong experience in full stack application design, development, and troubleshooting.

- Highly proactive in identifying solutions, researching answers, and unblocking progress.
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for end to end technical delivery.

- Experience with enterprise integrations, distributed systems, or event driven architectures.
- Exposure to CI/CD, cloud platforms, or containerization environments.
- Prior experience acting as a technical lead or architect on complex programs.

Compensation: $123,000-$185,000
