Role Description

Position: Full Stack Developer (.NET) – Lead I, Software Engineering

You Are

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer to build and enhance enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who can work directly with product/business stakeholders, deliver with minimal guidance, and proactively drive solutions end to end from UI through APIs, services, and data layers.

Opportunity & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using .NET / .NET Core and modern web patterns.
  • Build and consume RESTful services using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Apply design patterns and clean architecture principles to deliver scalable and testable code.
  • Implement robust data access layers using Entity Framework and optimize data operations as needed.
  • Develop modern UI experiences using Blazor (referred to internally as Blazer/Blazor).
  • Implement asynchronous messaging/eventing workflows using Rabbit

    MQ and ensure reliable integrations.
  • Work with Mongo

    DB for No

    SQL persistence and validation as required.

What You Need
  • Experience
    : 5-10 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
  • Required Technical Skills
    • .NET Framework, .NET Core
    • ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
    • Design Patterns (SOLID, layered architecture, etc.)
    • Entity Framework
    • Blazor (spelled Blazer in some internal material)
    • RabbitMQ
    • MongoDB
  • Technical Proficiency
    :
    Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills across UI/API/data layers.
  • Behavioral / Professional Skills (Must Have)
    • Ability to work directly with the product business team with strong communication and stakeholder handling.
    • Zero hand‑holding required: independently drives tasks to closure, seeks answers proactively, and raises risks early.
    • Highly proactive: proposes solutions, clarifies ambiguities, and unblocks self and others.
    • Strong ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
  • Nice to Have
    • Experience with distributed caching/messaging patterns and enterprise integration approaches (event publishing/in validations, etc.).
    • Familiarity with engineering practices supporting modernization/Dev Ops (CI/CD, cloud, containers, etc.).

Compensation Range: $75,000 – $113,000 (regional variations may apply based on experience and market).

Benefits

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Eligible for the company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and US dependents. Additional benefits include short‑ and long‑term disability, health savings account (HSA), and flexible spending account (FSA).

Part‑time and temporary employees receive pro‑rated sick leave and eligibility for the 401(k) plan. Benefits may vary by location (e.g., Puerto Rico).
