You AreWe are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer to build and enhance enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who can work directly with product and business stakeholders, deliver with minimal guidance, and proactively drive solutions end to end from UI through APIs, services, and data layers.
The Opportunity- Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using .NET/.NET Core and modern web patterns.
- Build and consume RESTful services using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API, focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
- Apply design patterns and clean architecture principles to deliver scalable and testable code.
- Implement robust data access layers with Entity Framework and optimize data operations as needed.
- Develop modern UI experiences using Blazor.
- Implement asynchronous messaging/eventing workflows with Rabbit
MQ to ensure reliable integrations. - Work with Mongo
DB for No
SQL persistence and validation as required.
- 5–10 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
- Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API.
- Strong design pattern knowledge (SOLID, layered architecture, etc.).
- Experience with Entity Framework.
- Experience with Blazor.
- Experience with Rabbit
MQ. - Experience with Mongo
DB. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills across UI, API, and data layers.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with product and business teams.
- Ability to drive tasks independently, seek answers proactively, and raise risks early.
- Highly proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
- Nice to have: distributed caching/messaging patterns, enterprise integration, Dev Ops practices (CI/CD, cloud, containers).

Salary Range: $75,000 – $113,000
BenefitsFull‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days paid vacation per year, 6 days paid sick leave (pro‑rated for new hires), 10 paid holidays, and paid bereavement and jury duty leave. Eligibility for the Company 401(k) plan with employer matching; medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death & disability, and short‑ and long‑term disability benefits. Optional voluntary short‑term disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) are also available.
Part‑time and temporary employees receive corresponding sick leave and 401(k) eligibility. All U.S. employees receive sick leave according to local laws.
