Role Description

Full Stack Architect (.NET) | Software Solution Architect I

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect to design, build, and guide enterprise grade applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. This role requires strong architectural thinking, hands on development expertise, and the ability to work directly with product and business stakeholders without supervision.

• Define and own application architecture across UI, API, services, messaging, and data layers.
• Establish design standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the development team.
• Make technology and framework decisions aligned with scalability, performance, and maintainability goals.
• Design and develop enterprise applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Build scalable backend services using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.

• Experience with enterprise integrations, distributed systems, or event driven architectures.
• Exposure to CI/CD, cloud platforms, or containerization environments.
• Prior experience acting as a technical lead or architect on complex programs.

$123,000–$185,000

Full-time: 10 days paid vacation, 6 days sick leave, 10 paid holidays, paid bereavement leave, and jury duty. Eligible for 401(k) with employer matching. Part‑time employees receive 6 days paid sick leave and 401(k) with matching. Full‑time temporary employees receive 6 days paid sick leave and 401(k). Part‑time temporary employees receive 6 days paid sick leave. Employees in states with higher sick leave benefit receive those benefits.
