Full-Stack Developers at Cap Tech are part of a capable, highly-motivated community who strive to continuously learn the latest tools and architectures to deliver innovative solutions for our clients. We design, develop, and deliver high-quality enterprise systems, as well as systems integrations and work in a project-based consulting environment.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meets the unique needs of our clients
• Create quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences
• Leverage Cap Tech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills
• Understand and implement object-oriented design patterns
• Communicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge
• Provide technical mentoring

• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the Microsoft Stack or Java
• Hands‑on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger or OpenAPI
• Strong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and No
  
  SQL technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Front‑end development experience using JavaScript/Type Script, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue, with working knowledge of UI frameworks like Bootstrap
• Experience with agentic AI development—developing agents and working with agents
• Experience with a varied AI toolset—Claude code, CodeX, Opencode, Open Claude
• Preferred experience with AI orchestration
• Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Familiarity with multi‑system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges
• Solid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code
