Role OverviewThe ERP Platform Developer plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s ERP platform by designing, building, and maintaining integrations and custom applications that connect Workday and Ariba with internal and external systems.
This position emphasizes modern integration practices, API development, and cloud‑based application development, and will contribute to the early‑stage transition to SAP Ariba’s Business Technology Platform.
Responsibilities- Design and maintain integrations between Workday/Ariba and external systems.
- Develop and maintain custom Workday Extend applications.
- Support integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and SAP Ariba.
- Build and optimize Ariba master and transactional data integrations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and monitor integrations.
- Contribute to SAP Ariba BTP transition initiatives.
- Apply software engineering principles to integration lifecycle management.
- Provide on‑call support and troubleshooting for integration environments.
- Strong expertise in web service/API technologies: WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, XSLT.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Groovy, etc.).
- Experience with integration design and development for cloud‑based platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with both master and transactional data integrations.
- Strong background in monitoring, alerting, and error handling for integrations.
- Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data‑related inquiries.
- Well‑versed in Agile development methodologies including Kanban/Scrum.
- Preferred (training will be provided if needed):
Experience with Ariba integration development and/or Ariba REST APIs, ITK, and configuration management. - Preferred:
Experience with Workday integration development using Studio, Cloud Connector, EIBs, Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Orchestration. - Preferred:
Experience with enterprise integration platforms and middleware solutions.

- Eligibility requires U.S. Citizenship or at least three years of permanent resident status.
- The position must be performed in office at a district reserve bank location.
- Annual salary range: $107,700 – $148,060.
