Full Stack Developer (.NET) – Lead I (Software Engineering)
We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer to build and enhance enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who works directly with product and business stakeholders, delivers with minimal guidance, and proactively drives solutions end to end from UI through APIs, services, and data layers.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET/.NET Core and modern web patterns.
- Build and consume RESTful services using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API with strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
- Apply design patterns and clean architecture principles to deliver scalable and testable code.
- Implement robust data access layers using Entity Framework and optimize data operations as needed.
- Develop modern UI experiences using Blazor.
- Implement asynchronous messaging/eventing workflows using Rabbit
MQ and ensure reliable integrations. - Work with Mongo
DB for No
SQL persistence and validation as required.
- 5–10 years of hands‑on full stack development experience.
- Proficiency with .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns (SOLID, layered architecture, etc.).
- Experience with Entity Framework.
- Experience with Blazor.
- Experience with Rabbit
MQ. - Experience with Mongo
DB. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills across UI/API/data layers.
- Ability to work directly with product business teams with strong communication and stakeholder handling skills.
- Independently drives tasks to closure, seeks answers proactively, and raises risks early.
- Highly proactive: proposes solutions, clarifies ambiguities, and unblocks self and others.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
- Nice to have: experience with distributed caching/messaging patterns and enterprise integration approaches.
- Nice to have: familiarity with engineering practices supporting modernization/Dev Ops (CI/CD, cloud, containers).

Compensation$75,000 – $113,000 per year
BenefitsFull‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, 6 days of paid sick leave each year, 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Employees may participate in the Company 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
