Senior AI Engineer; Python​/GenAI​/AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and agentic workflows
• Build and integrate multi-agent systems to automate engineering processes
• Develop full-stack applications using Python (frontend & backend)
• Work across the full Agile development lifecycle (design → development → production)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise‑grade solutions
• Integrate AI solutions with internal platforms such as Service Now, CMDB, and JIRA
• Contribute to improving engineering and operational excellence standards
• Provide technical guidance and AI expertise across teams

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 7+ years of strong hands‑on experience with Python (full-stack development)
• 2+ years of experience in AI/Generative AI engineering
• 5+ years of experience with AWS

• LLMs (GPT models) and AI application development
• Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Lang Chain, Lang Graph)
• RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) architectures
• Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT
• LLM orchestration frameworks
• Experience building scalable, production‑ready applications
• Strong understanding of system design and backend architecture

• Experience with LLM fine‑tuning (nice to have)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience building multi-agent AI systems
• Exposure to enterprise integrations and large‑scale platforms
