Qualifications
- Hands‑on experience developing Power Builder applications using Power Builder 12.5 or higher (minimum 7 years).
- Design and develop clear and maintainable code (minimum 5 years).
- Hands‑on experience using relational databases such as Oracle 19C or higher, MySQL or similar (minimum 5 years).
- Experience developing interfaces to File Net application (minimum 2 years).
- Experience developing interfaces to REST APIs (minimum 2 years).
- Experience using software project tracking tools such as Azure Dev Ops (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to coordinate with other application development teams, team leads, and business analysts (minimum 2 years).
- Self‑motivated and able to work well in a team (minimum 7 years).
- Work independently and collaboratively on a multi‑disciplined project team in an Agile development environment (minimum 7 years).
- Legacy IRMS experience – highly desired (minimum 7 years).
