Golang Developer- INTL Brazil

Overview

We are seeking a Developer with a strong emphasis on backend development using Golang. The work authorization is not specified and the pay rate is between $20-$23. Come join the Consumer Management team to modernize and create a mature enterprise ecosystem for payments, leases, and customer lifecycle systems. This is a hands‑on back‑end role. Most days are spent in Go microservices and Type Script/Node Lambdas on AWS, with regular changes to a legacy .NET/C#

API and SQL Server as we decompose the monolith.

• Build and maintain Go microservices (payment, customer, and lease services) on AWS/EKS for organizational consumption.
• Build Type Script Serverless flows in AWS for payment, lease, and ops workflows.
• Make changes in the legacy .NET/C# API and SQL Server to support the decomposition work.
• Integrate with payment gateways and downstream services with proper retries and idempotency.
• Write tests and instrument your work so we can see it in production.

• 4+ years of production backend experience.
• Strong in Go and Type Script/Node.
• Comfortable in AWS (Lambda, SNS/SQS, S3) and with containers and CI/CD.
• Solid SQL and relational database experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• .NET/C# experience. We maintain a legacy API we are decomposing.
• SQL Server / T-SQL (stored procedures, schema migrations).
• Experience using agentic AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) in their normal workflow.
• Fintech or payments experience (card/ACH processing, payment gateways).
• Payment Data Entities (Payment Logs, Ledger systems).
• Observability tooling (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana).
• Frontend experience (React).
