UST is searching for a Full Stack + Gen AI Architect to lead design and development of cloud‑native, AI‑enabled applications. The role will focus on enterprise modernization into microservices, micro front‑ends, and scalable cloud architectures using modern full‑stack technologies.

• Define architecture for microservices & microfront end‑based systems
• Lead full‑stack design (Node.js + React ecosystem)
• Drive Gen AI adoption (LLMs, AI accelerators, code automation)
• Architect multi‑cloud solutions (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Lead architecture, design, and code reviews
• Define caching strategies (Redis / distributed caching)
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and resilience
• Implement API‑first architecture (REST / GraphQL)

• 15‑20+ Years of experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js, React (full stack architecture), Microservices & Micro Frontends
• Strong experience in Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with event‑driven architecture
• Experience with API design & distributed systems
• Experience with Gen AI / LLM integrations / AI accelerators
• Caching strategies (Redis)
• Strong exposure to Dev Ops (CI/CD, containers, observability)
• Good to have: US Healthcare experience, enterprise modernization programs, exposure to multi‑cloud architecture
• Education:
  
  Preferred Tier‑1 institutes (IIT / equivalent / global universities)
• Soft Skills:

$92,000‑$138,000

Full‑time employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year, 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
