Senior Service Now Application Developer

Locations: NYC, Dallas TX, Richmond VA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

• 7+ years of software development, automation, and application support experience
• Strong Service Now expertise with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Orchestration, and MID Server
• Strong understanding of RITM, SCTASK, Order Guides, Variable Sets, UI Policies, and Approval Workflows
• Experience with Service Now CMDB
• Hands-on experience integrating Service Now with REST APIs, Ansible, Aria, and external platforms
• Knowledge of workflow design, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Service Now workflows and automation solutions
• Build custom integrations and REST API-based automation services
• Support the full SDLC from requirements gathering through deployment and production support
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams to automate business processes
• Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance Service Now solutions
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and operational best practices

Nice to Have:
Ansible Automation Platform, Banking/Financial Services experience, Secure Coding Practices.
