• Provide analysis, support, and maintenance for the IRMS legacy system.
• Develop and implement the Gen Tax–IRMS interface during the modernization period.
• Work collaboratively with other application development teams, business analysts, and team leads.
• Participate in detailed design and architectural discussions and customer requirements sessions for Power Builder applications.
• Contribute to the support of multiple rollouts for the IRMS system.

• Hands‑on experience developing Power Builder applications using Power Builder 12.5 or higher.
• Experience using relational databases such as Oracle 19C or higher, MySQL or similar.
• Experience developing interfaces to File Net application.
• Experience developing interfaces to REST APIs.
• Ability to design and develop clear and maintainable code.
• Experience using software project tracking tools such as Azure Dev Ops.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a multi‑disciplined project team in an Agile development environment.
• Experience contributing to detailed design and architectural discussions and customer requirements sessions.

• Technical knowledge in designing, developing and maintaining TAX processing and revenue management systems.
• Product or functional knowledge of IRMS system.
• Legacy IRMS experience.
