• Serve as a senior quality assurance professional to establish and maintain standards while contributing to a high-performance testing team.
• Assess and enhance testing strategies and QA methodologies; document processes and provide training on QA best practices.
• Ensure efficient software testing operations aligned with industry standards; act as a technical authority in quality analysis and testable design.
• Lead automation and performance testing efforts to minimize manual testing; collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Create test plans, traceability matrices, and scripts for complex projects; design test scenarios and scripts using non-sensitive data.
• Generate or acquire test data and perform testing across extensive software projects; document results and track quality metrics.
• Participate in business discussions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); analyze defects to identify trends and root causes.
• Independently manage multiple complex projects and perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in software quality assurance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Extensive expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software testing, and QA methods with focus on best practices.
• Proven experience testing high-transaction-rate systems, including eCommerce platforms.
• Strong background in implementing proactive testing processes early in design and development, including test-driven development.
• In-depth knowledge of software test methodologies and tools across all testing phases (Unit, System, Integration, Regression, Acceptance) and techniques (White-box/Black-box, Usability, Data Validation, Pattern Analysis).
• Skills in test planning, script organization, defect reporting, version control, and automated testing tools; ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Selenium for automation.
