Senior AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with over 5 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python and modern AI frameworks, with hands-on experience building and optimizing LLM and RAG-based systems.

· Design and implement AI/ML models using Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and related tools.

· Develop and optimize Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

· Apply Agentic AI architecture principles to design intelligent, autonomous systems.

· Work with large datasets and perform advanced data analysis using R and SQL.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.

· (Preferred) Apply AI/ML expertise to healthcare insurance use cases.

· 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.

· Proficiency in Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, R, and SQL.

· Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.

· Experience with Agentic AI architectures.

· Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

· Healthcare insurance experience is a plus.
