IT Development Program Analyst – Summer 2027

The IT Development Program cultivates and grows strong technical and analytical skills over a 24‑month period, beginning Summer
2027. Participants undertake four six‑month rotational assignments across IT disciplines and receive on‑the‑job training, formal coursework, and two IT Boot Camps in advanced information technology and systems.
- Work in a fast‑paced, innovative, and change‑oriented environment
- Assignments focus on core IT processes such as application development, IT infrastructure, security, automation, programming languages, web development, system integration, data science, and project management
- Build a strong network of peers and mentors
- Attend on‑site technical and professional development classes
- Participate in sponsored community service events
- Must be graduating by Spring
2027 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer, Systems, Electrical), Computer/Management Information Systems, or Mathematics - Minimum GPA of3.2 on a4.0 scale
- Proven applied technology experience
- Strong analytical ability

- Relevant internship or co‑op experience

Hiring rate: $74,000. This role is aligned to a national market‑based pay range. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and other job‑related factors. Eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
