About the Role
Lead the strategy and delivery of customer‑facing open banking experiences for Small Business card customers, enabling how our customers share external bank data with Capital One Financial to power improved experiences and smarter business decision‑making. Work closely with product, engineering, business & credit, marketing and legal partners to bring these experiences to life and shape the open banking roadmap.

- Currently possesses, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
- Or holds a Bachelor’s degree in any field and has at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
- Demonstrated interest and aptitude for artificial intelligence, with experience integrating AI into personal projects, exploring AI‑driven development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot) or building automations using AI agents.
- McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100
- New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100
- Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000
Eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based on the agreed‑upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
