We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NETCore, Web APIs, and SQL Server, along with proven technical leadership and experience working with Agile teams.

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, Dev Ops, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database integrations.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide root‑cause analysis and production support.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Implement secure, high‑performance, and maintainable application solutions.
• Work with Azure/AWS, CI/CD, Git, and Dev Ops tools as required.
• Follow Agile/Scrum, SDLC, coding standards, and testing best practices.

• 10+ years of experience in .NET/C# development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
• Expertise in C#, REST APIs, Web API, and Microservices.
• Strong experience with SQL Server.
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring developers.
• Strong understanding of Object‑Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
