We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to design, develop, and enhance scalable solutions across the Service Now platform. The role focuses on secure API integrations, custom application development, intuitive user experiences, and IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Service Now applications and platform enhancements.
• Build secure and reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, Integration Hub, MID Server, and related technologies.
• Develop scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Configure and extend ITSM capabilities, including:
  Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Create intuitive and accessible user experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, Work spaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex Service Now platform, integration, data, and performance issues.
• Follow development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices.
• Develop reusable components and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Support Service Now upgrades, releases, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI, automation, and process optimization.

• Service Now data models, tables, reference relationships, and CMDB

• Testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices
