Frontend Engineer

Approximately 4-5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Strong experience with React, Type Script / JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS Automated testing experience – unit & visual (jest, vitest, react testing library, playwright) Solid understanding of modern web fundamentals, including: responsive design, web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), etc. Experience working within CI/CD environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of implementation efforts, and contribute effectively within a team environment.

Experience with Storybook Exposure to frontend platform engineering or shared component libraries. Experience supporting multiple applications or engineering teams through reusable tooling and frameworks. Familiarity with backend concepts, deployment environments, and cloud platforms. Exposure to Golang or full-stack development environments.

This individual will help build and maintain the tools, frameworks, and frontend infrastructure that enable engineering teams across the organization to deliver high-quality user experiences efficiently and consistently. This individual will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to transform ideas and wireframes into scalable, accessible, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain shared frontend libraries, tooling, and platform capabilities using React, Type Script, and modern web technologies.
• Build solutions that improve consistency, scalability, and developer experience across multiple frontend applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate requirements and wireframes into production-ready code.
• Create and maintain automated testing frameworks, including unit and visual testing solutions.
• Contribute to frontend architecture discussions and help establish engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD processes and partner with development teams to improve deployment and testing workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues, gather feedback from internal engineering teams, and continuously improve platform capabilities.
• Balance independent execution with collaboration, proactively identifying solutions and asking the right questions when needed.
