Cart Attendant

The Country Club of Virginia is seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our outside golf operation team as Cart Attendants. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our golf facilities, providing essential support to our members and guests.

• Assisting with the maintenance and organization of golf carts and equipment
• Greeting members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Providing assistance with loading and unloading golf bags onto carts
• Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the golf cart fleet
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures while operating golf carts

• A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate golf carts
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
