Are you a qualified, passionate, and dedicated coach ready to make a significant impact on the next generation of elite youth soccer players? FC Richmond is seeking an ambitious Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach to join our team, working within our competitive boys or girls program.

The Opportunity

This role is for a part-time coach who will lead player development, prepare and execute high-quality training sessions, and guide match day performance for a team within our high-level programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute engaging, high-intensity training sessions in line with FC Richmond’s methodology and curriculum.
  • Lead the team during competitive matches
  • Conduct Player Evaluations and create detailed Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each athlete.
  • Utilize video analysis to enhance player performance and conduct video analysis sessions with players.
  • Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and self-development as a coach.
  • Uphold and model the club's values of Character, Competitiveness, and Community.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience coaching competitive youth soccer (e.g., ECNL, MLS NEXT, GA, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a flexible and adaptable outlook
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum U.S. Soccer Grassroots or D Coaching License
  • Familiarity with Play Metrics or other club management software
  • Experience using video analysis platforms such as VEO or Taka
