WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of freight within our facility. You will collaborate with a skilled management team that is well-versed in the transportation industry. Your responsibilities will include handling shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining a safe and accessible warehouse environment, and supporting inventory management. This position offers a dynamic work environment with varied job activities, allowing you to engage in multiple aspects of warehouse operations.

You will be part of a team that values precision and safety, contributing to the seamless delivery of goods to our customers

• Varied job activities that provide engagement in multiple aspects of warehouse operations

• Shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

• Onsite assignment with a minimum pay rate of $17.00 per hour

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise

• Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items for movement

• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for both employee and customer traffic

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while completing your work

• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed

• Basic written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction

• Basic computer skills to manage inventory and shipping data

• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required

• Experience in dock or warehouse operations within the transportation industry

• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds safely

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
