Position SummaryCBW is launching a Domicile Driver position to support expanding operations in the North Carolina/South Carolina region
. We are seeking qualified CDL drivers interested in routes in the NC/SC area.
This role is ideal for self-starting drivers looking for consistent Class A miles and pay, temporary change of pace, and the opportunity to be a part of a pilot program that could scale as CBW continues to grow.
Compensation (paid weekly): Up to $80,000 in your first year. Compensation is on a formula basis, based on the routes you deliver.
What You ll Do- Safely transport and deliver products to convenience stores.
- Unload trucks using a hand cart and food service ramp.
- Handle 500 - 700 packages per day, with some weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Follow all company safety procedures and delivery protocols.
- Valid Class A or B CDL License with a clean driving record.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of CDL driving experience.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering packages throughout the shift.
- Experience in physical labor, warehouse work, or delivery is strongly preferred.
- A safety-first mindset and willingness to follow FMCSA and DOT policies and regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to self-manage in a lightly supervised setting.
- Ability to deliver within store fixed route delivery windows.
