MUST OWN YOUR OWN WORKING PICK-UP TRUCK (NO VANS OR SUVs)

PART-TIME, NIGHTLY TRASH PORTER, GUARANTEED 5 NIGHTS A WEEK

$250 HIRING BONUS, PAID AFTER THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF SERVICE

Seeking Hard Physical Worker, Independent Contractor Position, for "Doorstep Details" Trash Removal at an Apartment Complex in Richmond, VA. 23228.

MUST LIVE WITHIN 15 MILES OF ZIP CODE: 23228 - Richmond, VA.

Paid Flat Rate, Twice Monthly, Averages out to $20-$25 per Hour

No Experience Required! Will Train The Right Person.

Daily

Schedule:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, between 7P-9P. (No Work on Friday or Saturday Nights)

MUST SPEAK ENGLISH, SPEAKING SPANISH IS A PLUS

Key Responsibilities Include:

Pick Up Bagged Trash from EVERY Apartment's Doorstep, 2 Bags Per Door, and take to the onsite Compactor or Dumpster using your Pick-up Truck.

Be PREPARED to WORK and COLLECT bagged Trash RAIN or SHINE, 5 days a week!

Be in Good Physical Condition. May have to climb steps or walk distances to retrieve bagged trash from every apartment door. Must be able to Lift 50lbs. Get paid to work out!

MUST BE ONSITE AT THE PROPERTY BY 7PM! Residents EXPECT trash to be removed quietly as they get settle in for the evening!

MUST OWN GOOD CONDITION PICK UP TRUCK (If your truck breaks down, you're required to rent a truck at your own expense (U-Haul).

Must have Valid Driver's License and Current Auto Insurance

Communicate Daily with Management and Valet Support in FL.

Must own Smart Phone with Text Messaging Capability & Mobile App use

Will use the company Mobile App to take photos, report negligence, and track work.

LLC's and Inc's are welcomed and preferred

Pays Direct Deposit/Twice Monthly, Contractor Responsible for their own Fuel, Taxes & Insurance.

Able to pass a random drug test; able to pass a criminal background check
