As part of our dedicated team, CDL Drivers will operate a Site One vehicle to deliver world‑class service and landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to our customers. CDL Drivers are also responsible for loading and unloading trucks and working with teammates to ensure the branch operates successfully. The position includes the use of in‑vehicle dash cameras to ensure the safety of Site One drivers, the workforce, and the general public.

In‑vehicle dash cameras are designed to enhance job performance, driver and public safety, and provide assistance in critical situations.

• Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all Site One customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person or over the phone.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
• Assist with other branch responsibilities as needed.
• Do not obstruct or interfere with in‑vehicle dash cameras, which must remain on during working time.
• Adhere to all Site One safety and security protocols, including but not limited to required use of in‑vehicle dash cameras.

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Experience operating a manual shift (preferred).
• Experience operating a Moffett or other truck‑mounted forklift (preferred).
• Ability to read and write to record and maintain daily records.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head daily.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Starting pay will depend on factors such as location and experience, and will always meet or exceed applicable state and local minimum wage laws.
