Adventure Tours is excited to announce several part-time openings for experienced and reliable Line Run Operators to join our expanding team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will operate luxury motor coaches on scheduled long-distance routes connecting Richmond with Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York. You will help ensure passengers experience safe, timely, and exceptional service on every trip.

Adventure Tours has been in business for over 25 years, we are a leading provider of luxury motor coach transportation services with headquarters in Accokeek, MD. We have expanded our locations to include Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia, PA, Long Island, NY, and a new location in Richmond, VA. As a Line Run Operator at Adventure Tours, you have the potential to earn gratuities, enhancing your overall compensation.

Compensation

• Day Routes: $275/day
• Evening/Night Routes: $300/day

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate motor coaches on scheduled routes, ensuring on-time performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and hours.

Requirements :

• Must have at least a Commercial Class B License (CDL) with passenger endorsement, air brake, and a valid Medical DOT certification.
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in transporting passengers commercially, preferably with motor coaches.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle stress and remain calm in emergency situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
